From vegan to keto, vegetarian to omnivore we strive to satisfy all types of eaters with standard and custom offerings. So, what are these different types of diets? A ketogenic (Keto) Diet is an ultra low-carb, moderate-protein, and high-fat diet containing 75% fat, 20% protein, and 5% carbs. A vegetarian diet is one free of meat, fish, and fowl flesh, while a vegan diet also excludes all other animal-derived ingredients. A gluten-free diet, by contrast, is a diet that excludes the protein, gluten, found in grains such as wheat, barley, rye, as well as wheat-rye crosses.
